1. KATEGORIJA (natjecatelji koji sviraju dvije godine ili manje) – nastup do 10 minuta:
a) skladba sporog tempa po izboru,
b) skladba brzog tempa po izboru,
c) skladba iz zemlje natjecateljeve glazbene naobrazbe.
2. KATEGORIJA (natjecatelji koji sviraju četiri godine ili manje) – nastup do 15 minuta:
a) skladba sporog tempa po izboru,
b) virtuozna skladba po izboru,
c) skladba iz zemlje natjecateljeve glazbene naobrazbe.
3. KATEGORIJA (natjecatelji koji sviraju šest godina ili manje) – nastup do 20 minuta:
a) skladba sporog tempa po izboru (moguće je svirati spori stavak iz više-stavačne skladbe, sonate, koncerta i sl.),
b) etida ili capriccio po izboru,
c) virtuozna skladba po izboru,
d) skladba iz zemlje natjecateljeve glazbene naobrazbe.
4. KATEGORIJA (natjecatelji koji sviraju osam godina ili manje) – nastup do 35 minuta:
a) skladba sporog tempa po izboru (moguće je svirati spori stavak iz više-stavačne skladbe, sonate, koncerta i sl.),
b) etida ili capriccio po izboru,
c) virtuozna skladba po izboru,
d) jedan stavak koncerta po izboru,
e) skladba iz zemlje natjecateljeve glazbene naobrazbe.
5. KATEGORIJA (natjecatelji koji sviraju deset godina ili manje) – nastup do 50 minuta u oba kruga:
Prvi krug
a) skladba sporog tempa po izboru (moguće je svirati spori stavak iz više-stavačne skladbe, sonate, koncerta i sl.),
b) skladba iz zemlje natjecateljeve glazbene naobrazbe,
c) skladba virtuoznog karaktera.
Drugi krug
a) J. S. Bach: jedan stavak za solo instrument,
b) jedan stavak koncerta,
c) jedna etida ili capriccio.
6. KATEGORIJA (natjecatelji koji sviraju trinaest godina ili manje) – nastup do 60 minuta u oba kruga:
Prvi krug
a) skladba sporog tempa po izboru (moguće je svirati spori stavak iz više-stavačne skladbe, sonate, koncerta i sl.),
b) skladba iz zemlje natjecateljeve glazbene naobrazbe,
c) skladba virtuoznog karaktera.
Drugi krug
a) J. S. Bach: dva stavka za solo instrument ili samo Ciaccona za solo violinu,
b) dvije etide ili capriccia,
c) jedan stavak koncerta.
7. KATEGORIJA (natjecatelji koji sviraju dulje od trinaest godina):
Prvi krug
a) skladba sporog tempa po izboru (moguće je svirati spori stavak iz više-stavačne skladbe, sonate, koncerta i sl.),
b) skladba iz zemlje natjecateljeve glazbene naobrazbe,
c) skladba virtuoznog karaktera,
d) J. S. Bach: dva stavka za solo instrument ili samo Ciaccona za solo violinu.
Drugi krug
a) cijeli koncert po slobodnom izboru natjecatelja.
Umjetnička škola Miroslav Magdalenić Čakovec obvezuje se na postupanje i čuvanje
svih osobnih podataka svih sudionika Međunarodnog gudačkog natjecanja Rudolf Matz
u skladu s Općom uredbom (EU) 2016/679 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća
i drugim propisima o zaštiti osobnih podataka te obradu tih podataka u svrhu
organizacije, realizacije, promidžbe i arhive samog natjecanja i događanja
vezanih uz program.
1. Natjecanje će se održati od 06. do 09. travnja 2021. godine.
2. Natjecanje je otvoreno mladim glazbenicima iz čitavoga svijeta.
3. Natjecanje je podijeljeno u 7 kategorija, prema godinama učenja. U svakoj kategoriji natječu se violinisti, violisti, violončelisti i kontrabasisti.
4. Sudionici natjecanja sami snose troškove puta i boravka.
5. U slučaju odustajanja, kotizacija neće biti vraćena.
6. Službeni korepetitori dostupni su za sve kategorije. Jedna proba i nastup naplaćuju se prema niže navedenoj tarifi. Po želji natjecatelja, svaka dodatna proba je moguća izravno u dogovoru sa službenim korepetitorom.
7. Natjecatelji mogu o svom trošku dovesti vlastite korepetitore.
8. Svi natjecatelji koji trebaju službenog korepetitora (obavezno naznačiti u prijavi) dužni su na natjecanje donijeti vlastite note za klavirsku pratnju. Po isteku roka za prijavu natjecatelje će izravno kontaktirati korepetitori putem e- maila navedenog u prijavnici, a natjecatelji povratno slati sve čitljive kopije nota putem e-maila pojedinog službenog korepetitora.
9. Prijavnice se šalju u terminu od 22. do 26. ožujka 2021. na e-mail natjecanja: rudolf.matz.strings@gmail.com
10. Prijavnicu je potrebno popuniti u cijelosti, navodeći izvorna imena skladatelja i djela u punoj duljini, kao i točno trajanje svake pojedine skladbe.

14. Sve skladbe izvode se napamet.
15. Redoslijed nastupa natjecatelja određuje se abecednim poretkom prema početnom slovu prezimena natjecatelja, počevši od slova “F”.
16. Svi nastupi su javni.
17. Organizator ima pravo reproduciranja dijelova natjecanja u medijima.
18. Ocjenjivački sud davanjem glasova određuje dobitnike nagrada. Član ocjenjivačkog suda koji je u bilo kakvom rodbinskom i/ili profesionalnom kontaktu (najmanje godinu dana prije natjecanja) s nekim od natjecatelja, ne može davati glas za istog natjecatelja.
19. Ocjenjivački sud i Ured natjecanja imaju pravo skratiti nastup natjecatelja.
20. Odluke ocjenjivačkog suda su konačne i nepromjenjive.
21. U svakoj kategoriji dodjeljuju se 1., 2. i 3. nagrada. Prema odluci ocjenjivačkoga suda, moguće je dodijeliti više prvih, više drugih i više trećih nagrada.
22. Prema odluci ocjenjivačkoga suda, moguće je u svakoj kategoriji dodijeliti više posebnih nagrada i više diploma posebno zapaženim kandidatima.
23. Prema odluci ocjenjivačkoga suda, moguće je ne dodijeliti neku od nagrada.
24. Svi natjecatelji dobivaju diplomu za sudjelovanje.
25. Raspored natjecanja biti će objavljen po isteku roka za prijave.
26. Ovisno o epidemiološkoj situaciji, važećim mjerama, preporukama i uputama vezanim uz COVID-19 tijekom ožujka, organizator zadržava pravo otkazivanja natjecanja. Sve informacije na:

Dobrila Berković-Magdalenić was born in Zagreb, Croatia, where she graduated with professor Milan Nagy at Zagreb Music Academy. Having devoted her life to teaching, she’s been heading Cello Departments of all the music schools in Croatia for many years, as well as Croatian String Teacher’s Association (national branch of ESTA)
During 47 years of her teaching career, her students have excelled and won prizes at over one hundred national and international competitions, among them Junior Tchaikovsky Competition 1995 – 1st prize; Adam’s Competition, New Zealand – 1st prize, Premio Stradivari Caruana, Milano in 1999.,– 1st prize, Antonio Janigro Competition 1996 – 2nd prize, ARD Munich 2000 – 2nd prize, Rostropovich Competition 1997 – 3rd prize, etc., and performed all over the world.
A number of professor Berković-Magdalenić’s students went on to study with globally recognized cellists and teachers such as E. Schoenfeld, (USC Los Angeles), A. Peled, (Peabody, Baltimore), P. Down, (Eastman), N. Ružević (UNT Denton, Texas) , D. Geringas, (Hochschule Berlin) A. Meneses, (Basel), J. P. Meinz, (Berlin), M. Flaksman, (Manheim), V. Dešpalj, (Zagreb) etc., and have been Principal Cellists in various orchestras. Professor Berković-Magdalenić has founded and is co-organizer of International String Competition Rudolf Matz, and International Cello Competition Antonio Janigro, both very important to cultural life in Croatia.
In 1987, as president of the Croatian branch of ESTA, she established UPBEAT (International Summer Music School), which includes masterclasses, classes for children, and Chamber Music Festival. Every year over 500 young musicians participate in a variety of classes held by world famous teachers and performers, thus making UPBEAT the biggest event of this kind in Croatia. Dobrila Berković-Magdalenić has also founded Japanese branch of UPBEAT Festival.
In 2007 she became Councilor at National Ministry of Education and received prestigious awards such as the Award of Ministry of Education, and the Award of Ministry of Culture. Talents for Europe proclaimed her best European cello teacher in 2014.
Having published her first book for beginner cellists in 2011, professor Berković-Magdalenić keeps herself busy preparing materials for several more books.
Vildana Repše, Vildana Repše is the academic musician and violinist,professor of the violin,who was born in Sarajevo of a well-known family Smailović. She studied the violin with professor Dejan Bravničar at Ljubljana Music Academy,where she graduated.
With exceptional interest and success she has been devoted to teaching at Music Atelier Tartini in Ljubljana , the first private music school in Slovenia,which she and her husband Vlado Repše founded together in 1990.She is the author of several textbooks and manuals,she is the lecturer at the seminars and international congresses,she also researches the methodology of the violin playing,as well as being the mentor to young teachers.
Vildana Repše routed her artistic field of activities playing with orchestras:Ljubljana Radio-television Simphonic Orchestra, Slovene Philharmonic Orchestra,Chamber Orchestra Tartini,String Ensemble Musica ad hominem,since 2010 has been the concert master of String Orchestra Camerata medica-mostly as the result of being a real fan of orchestral music.
She has got two daughters,Maja and Sanja,who both are alert musical artists and pedagogues.
Anđelko Krpan won first prize at the Alpe-Adria International Violinist Contest in Italy (1988), the Croatian Music Institute prize (1989), sixth prize at the Vàclav Huml International Violinist Contest in Zagreb (1993), and the Ivo Vuljević Music Youth prize as the best young Croatian musician in 1993. In 1999, he was officially decorated with the Croatian Morning Star Order with the Image of Marko Marulić. He received the Croatian Society of Music Artists Milka Trnina Award in 2008 for his exceptional artistic achievements. He received the Porin Prize for the CD Croatian Sonatas recorded in collaboration with the pianist, Nada Majnarić.
Russian born Austrian-Croatian violist and conductor Wladimir Kossjanenko studied viola from 1986 to 1991 with Vladimir Stopitchev at the Conservatory in St. Petersburg. Whilst studying he appeared as a principal violist and assistant-conductor of the “Ensemble of Leningrad Soloists”. In 1991, following an invitation from the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra directed by Claudio Abbado, he came to Vienna. He continued his studies with Hans Peter Ochsenhofer and Thomas Kakuska at the Vienna University for Music and Performing Arts (graduated 1999 with distinction and Master of Arts degree) and later with Michael Kugel at the Royal Conservatory in Ghent, Belgium. Important artistic experience he gained in the master classes with Norbert Brainin (Amadeus Quartet), Walter Levin (LaSalle Quartet), Gunter Pichler (Alban Berg Quartet), Milan Škampa (Smetana Quartet), Joel Krossnick (Julliard Quartet) and Issac Stern. Between 1993 and 1996 he was a regular substitute with Vienna Philharmonic. From 1994 to 1998 he was a principal violist of the Graz Philharmonic Orchestra and Graz Opera House. From 1998 to 2007 Wladimir Kossjanenko was member of the Hugo Wolf Quartet and was awarded the European Prize for Chamber music in Paris in 1999 and the “Pasticcio” Prize of the Austrian Radio in 2003. With the Hugo Wolf Quartet he made extended concert tours throughout Europe, North and South America, United Kingdom, Ireland, Korea and Japan. In the past 20 years Wladimir Kossjanenko has appeared as a soloist and chamber musician at most prestigious concert venues, among them in: Carnegie Hall New York, Suntory Hall Tokyo, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Tonhalle Zürich, Konzerthaus Lucerne, Royal Albert & Wigmore Hall London, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Berliner & Kölner Philharmonie, Cité de la Musique Paris, Palais des Beaux-Arts Bruxelles, Tchaikovsky Conservatory Moscow etc. He appeared as a soloist with Bayerische Kammerphilharmonie, Zagreb Soloists, Jerusalem Festival Orchestra, Les Orpheistes Orchestra Sofia, Capella Lutherana Vienna, Arthur Rubinstein Philharmonic Orchestra, Zadar Chamber Orchestra, The Virtuosos of Split, Vienna Academic Symphony Orchestr etc. As a conductor he has appeared in Austria, Germany, Bulgaria and Croatia.
Wladimir gave master-classes for viola at University of St. Andrew, Guildhall School of Music London, Royal Conservatory Maastricht, University of Sapporo, International Orpheus Academy Vienna, Rencontres Musicales Internationales des Graves, Thessaloniki State Conservatory, Academy of Music Ljubljana, New Bulgarian University Sofia, Music Academy Sarajevo, Royal Coservatory Brussels. He was a Jury-member of the Watson Forbes International Viola Competition in St Andrews, International Rudolf Matz Competition in Dubrovnik, Boris Papandopulo Competition in Zagreb. Since 2008 he has been professor for viola and chamber music at the Academy of Arts at the University of Split/Croatia. Since 2009 he works regulary with the Zagreb Soloists. 2012 he founded together with the pianist Vesna Podrug a festival “Day`s of J.S.Bach in Split”, which is organized annually for the birthday of the composer. In 2012 he founded a String orchestra “The Virtuosos of Split” and become its conductor and artistic director.
Eldar Saparayev is a Kazakh – German violoncellist and conductor born in Almaty (Kazakhstan). He received his first violoncello lessons from his father Zaur Saparayev and continued his studies with Susanne Basler, David Geringas and Bernard Greenhouse. He has performed as a soloist, violoncellist at many important venues across Europe, Asia, South and North America. Jacques Leiser, manager of famous musicians such as S. Richter, D. Oistrakh, M. Callas… described Eldar Saparayev as „the grand virtuoso of the past eras, a true musician and poet with a vast passion and individuality“.
In 2016. Saparayev earned his Master of Arts Degree in Conducting at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana (Lugano, Swiss). He holds the position of the Principal cellist at the Südwestdeutschen Philharmonie Orchestra in Konstanz, Germany and is a member of the Philharmonische Cellisten Köln. Adding to the mentioned achievements, Eldar Saparayev works as the Guest Conductor of the Astana Opera Orchestra, and is a memeber of the Wilhelm Fürtwängler Foundation. Eldar Saparayev plays on the 1679 „Bein, Beare“ violoncello made by Nicolo Amati, kindly offered by the Strad Society in Zürich.
Nadia Varga Modrić (Cakovec, 1982.) started to play piano at the age of five. Her first teacher was her mother. Later on she continued at the Music school in Varazdin in the class of prof. Ivana Hercezi and Jelica Kuzmin. She is the winner of the national competition HDGPP, international competition “Etide i skale” , chamber music competition (piano duet) with her colleague Domagoj Guscic. She was also a finalist of the prestigious piano competition “EPTA” in 1999.
She finished her masters at the University of Music and performing Arts in Graz in the class of prof. Eike Straub. She also attended many masterclasses held by affirmed pianists and professors such as Jurica Murai, Laszlo Baranyaj, Erika Frieser, Michael Gees, Chia Chou (Trio “Parnassus”), Stacey Bartsch…
As a soloist, accompanist and chamber musician she performed all around Croatia and Europe (Austria, Hungary, Italy , Germany, Slovakia, Liechtenstein, Switzerland…).
She was employed as an official accompanist on masterclasses held by Rudolf Leopold (Austria), Gerhard Mantel (Germany) and Valter Despalj (Croatia).
She recorded for HRT (Croatian national radio-television) and ORF (Austrian national radio- television).
She was supported by “Musik und Jugend” foundation. As a soloist, she performed with the Croatian Radio Television Symphony Orchestra and Croatian Chamber Orchestra. As a duet with her sister, Zita Varga/cello, she held a recital at the “Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad” in Geneve and Osor Musical Evenings. The duet is the winner of the “Darko Lukic” and “Concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski” prizes..

Domagoj Gušćić (Zagreb, 1982) received his graduate and postgraduate degrees from Academy of Music, University of Zagreb, where he had studied with Prof. *uro Tikvica, also having attended masterclasses with distinguished pianists such as Eugene Indjic, Noel Flores, Boris Romanov, Irina Osipova, Zinaida Ignateva, Ivan Urvalov, Irina Kataeva and others. Domagoj performs both as a soloist and a chamber musician, having performed extensively throughout Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Russia and the USA. He was awarded several significant awards at international piano competitions in Russia, Italy and Macedonia.
Domagoj gave solo performances with Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, Vara#din Chamber Orchestra, Academy of Music, University of Zagreb Symphony Orchestra, Zagreb Youth Chamber Orchestra and of Pavao Markovac Music School chamber orchestra. He’s been collaborating with Croatian Radio Television Symphony Orchestra as an orchestral pianist since 2014, with which he also recorded an episode for the television show Maestro which aired in October 2014. His other collaborations include Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra since 2016 and Wien International Soloists Ensemble since 2015.
Domagoj has performed extensively at festivals such as Nei Suoni dei luoghi in Italy, Hugo Staehle Festival for Young Pianists in Kassel, Germany both as a performer and a member of faculty, and Vareü Classic Festival in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was a guest lecturer at the Transformation of Music Education: Tradition and the Present international conference in Odessa, Ukraine in May 2012. His other notable performances include recitals at concert seasons such as Youth in Lisinski, Young Musicians at Matica Hrvatska and Virtuoso in Zagreb.
Domagoj is currently employed at the Academy of Music, University of Zagreb as a collaborative pianist.

COMPETITION RULES
1. Competition will be held from April 6th untill April 9th 2021.
2. The competition is open to young musicians from all over the world.
3. The competitors are divided into seven categories, according to the years of learning. Violinists, violists, cellists
and double bass players compete together in each category.
4. The participants bear the expenses of travel and accomodation.
5. In the event of cancellation, the entrance fee will not be refunded.
6. Official piano accompanists are available for all categories. One rehearsal and performance with the official
accompanist are charged by prices listed below. Optionally, each additional rehearsal with the official accompanist
is possible directly in agreement with accompanist.
7. Competitors may bring their own accompanists at their own expense.
8. Competitors who need official accompanist (note in Application form) are required to bring their own piano score. Also, a legible copy of the score for piano accompaniment has to be sent directly to each accompanists e-mail adress. Official accompanists will contact competitors after application deadline via e-mail adress listed in Application form.
9. Applications should be sent during the perod from March 22nd untill March 26th 2021 to competition mail adress: rudolf.matz.strings@gmail.com
10. The Application form should be filled in thoroughly, stating the original names of composers and pieces in full length, as well as the exact duration of each piece.
11. In addition to the Application form, the receipt of paid entrance fee should be scanned and sent to competition mail adress: rudolf.matz.strings@gmail.com

14. All compositions should be performed by heart.
15. The exact performance order in all categories is determined by the first letter of candidate’s family name, starting with the letter “F”.
16. All performances are open to the public.
17. The organizer have the right to reproduce any parts of the competition in the media.
18. The prize winners are determined by the Jury voting. The Jury member who is in any kind of kinship
and / or professional contact with some of the contestants (at least one year before the competition),
can not give vote to those competitors.
19. The Jury and the Head Office reserve the right to reduce the length of performance.
20. Decisions of the Jury are final and irrevocable.
21. In each category, 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize are assigned. According to the decision of the Jury, it is possible to assign
more than one First, Second and Third prize.
22. According to the decision of the Jury, in each category it is possible to assign a number of Special awards and
Special Mention Diplomas.
23. According to the decision of the Jury, it is possible not to award some of the prizes.
24. All participants receive a certificate of participation.
25. The competition schedule will be announced after application deadline.

5th CATEGORY (competitors who have been playing an instrument for 10 years or less) – max. 50 minutes in both Stages:

a) a piece of a slow tempo (a slow movement of sonata or concerto is allowed),
b) a piece of the origin country of competitor’s musical education,
c) any virtuoso piece of competitor’s choice.
The Second Stage

Dobrila Berković-Magdalenić rođena je u Zagrebu, Hrvatska, gdje je diplomirala kod profesora Milana Nagyija na muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu.
Svoj život posvećuje poučavanju, dugi niz godina voditeljica je Odsjeka za čelo svih glazbenih škola u Hrvatskoj, kao i predsjednica Udruženja hrvatskih pedagoga gudača (nacionalni ogranak ESTA).
Tijekom njenih 47 godina karijere poučavnja, njeni studenti ističu se i osvajaju nagrade na više od stotinu nacionalnih i internacionalnih natjecanja;među mnogima na Junior Tchaikovsky natjecanju 1995. – prva nagrada; Adam’s natjecanje, Novi Zeland – prva nagrada; Premio Stradivari Caruana, Milano 1999. – prva nagrada; Antonio Janigro natjecanje 1996. – 2. nagrada; ARD Minhen 2000.-2.nagrada; Rostropovich natjecanje 1997. – treća nagrada… kao i nastupima širom svijeta.
Brojni učenici profesorice Berković-Magdalenić nastavili su studij kod svjetski poznatih čelista i učitelja poput E.Schoenfeld, (USC Los Angeles); A. Peled, (Peabody, Baltimore); P.Down (Eastman); N.Ružević (UNT Denton,Texas); D.Geringas, (Hochschule Berlin); A. Meneses, (Basel); J.P.Meinz (Berlin);M.Flaksman,(Manheim);V.Dešpalj,(Zagreb)…i vodeći su čelisti u mnogim orkestrima. Profesorica Berković-Magdalenić utemeljila je i suorganizatorica je Međunarodnog gudačkog natjecanja Rudolf Matz i Međunarodnog natjecanja čelista Antonio Janigro,oba od velikog značaja kulturno-glazbenih događanja u Hrvatskoj.
Kao predsjednica Hrvatskog ogranka ESTA osnovala je UPBEAT (Međunarodnu ljetnu glazbenu školu) koja uključuje majstorske tečajeve i radionice za glazbenike i učenike, kao i festival komorne glazbe. Svake godine preko 500 mladih glazbenika sudjeluje u raznolikosti radionica, vođenih poznatim glazbenim pedagozima i izvođačima, što UPBEAT svrstava u najveće događanje ovog tipa u Hrvatskoj. Dobrila Berković-Magdalenić također je ustanovila Japanski ogranak UPBEAT festival.
2007. godine postala je savjetnicom u Ministarstvu odgoja i obrazovanja, a dodijeljene su joj prestižne nagrade, priznanje istog Ministarstva kao i nagrada Ministarstva kulture. Talenti za Europu proglasilo ju je najboljom Europskom čelo glazbenom pedagoginjom 2014. godine.
Objavivši svoj prvi udžbenik za čeliste početnike 2011., profesorica Berković-Magdalenić bavi se pripremom materijala za objavljivanje još nekoliko udžbenika.
Vildana Repše, akademska glazbenica i violinistica, profesorica violine rođena je u Sarajevu, u poznatoj obitelji Smailović. Violinu je studirala u klasi profesora Dejana Bravničara na ljubljanskoj Akademiji za glazbu, gdje je i diplomirala.
Sa iznimnim interesom i uspjehom se posvećuje pedagoškom radu u Glazbenom ateljeu Tartini u Ljubljani, prvoj privatnoj glazbenoj školi u Sloveniji, koju je 1990. godine osnovala zajedno sa suprugom Repše Vladom. Autorica je više udžbenika i priručnika, predavačica je na seminarima i međunarodnim kongresima, istraživačica na području metodike sviranja na violini i mentorica mladim učiteljima.
Kao prava obožavateljica orkestralne glazbe je svoje umjetničko djelovanje usmjerila u sviranje u orkestrima: Simfoničarima RTV Ljubljana, Slovenskoj filharmoniji, Komornom orkestru Tartini, Gudačkom ansamblu Musica ad hominem i od 2010. godine u gudačkom orkestru Camerata medica, u kojem ima ulogu koncertnog majstora.
Ima dvije kćerke: Maju i Sanju. Obje su aktivne glazbene umjetnice i pedagoginje.
Anđelko Krpan (Zagreb, 1967.) diplomirao je violinu na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu, u razredu Kristijana Petrovića 1989., te 1995. magistrirao na Hochschule fürMusik und darstellende Kunst u Beču kod Dore Schwarzberg. Bio je član Bečke komorne filharmonije (1993.-97.), zatim član Zagrebačkih solista (1993.-97.), koncertni majstor Zagrebačkih solista (1997.-2002.), koncertni majstor Orkestra HNK iz Zagreba (2002.-2006.), a od 1995. do danas predaje violinu na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu. Jedan je od utemeljitelja i prvi violinist Gudačkoga kvarteta Sebastian.
Osvojio je prvu nagradu na Međunarodnom violinističkom natjecanju Alpe-Adria u Italiji (1988.), Nagradu HGZ-a (1989.), šestu nagradu na Međunarodnom violinističkom natjecanju Václav Huml u Zagrebu (1993.), Nagradu Muzičke omladine Ivo Vuljević za najboljeg mladoga glazbenika Hrvatske u 1993. godini. Godine 1999. odlikovan je Redom Danice hrvatske s likom Marka Marulića. 2008. dobio je nagradu Milka Trnina Hrvatskog društva glazbenih umjetnika za iznimne umjetničke dosege. Do sada je snimio 15 CDa za izdavačku kuću Croatia Records s pijanisticom Nadom Majnarić, violistom Markom Generom i gudačkim kvartetom Sebastian. Dobitnik je diskografske nagrade Porin za CD Hrvatske sonate ostvaren u suradnji s pijanisticom Nadom Majnarić.
Austrijsko-hrvatski violist i dirigent Wladimir Kossjanenko, rođen u Rusiji, studirao je violu od 1986. do 1991. s Vladimirom Stopitchevim na Konzervatoriju u St. Petersburgu. Za vrijeme studija radio je kao solo-violist i asistent-dirigent “Ansambla Lenjingradskih solista”. Godine 1991., na poziv orkestra Gustava Mahlera pod vodstvom Claudia Abbada, došao je u Beč. Studij je nastavio kod Hansa Peter Ochsenhofera i Thomasa Kakuske na Bečkom sveučilištu za glazbu, gdje magistrira 1999., a kasnije s Michaelom Kugelom na Kraljevskom konzervatoriju u Ghentu u Belgiji. Važno umjetničko iskustvo stekao je na majstorskim tečajevima kod Norberta Brainina (Amadeus Quartet), Waltera Levina (LaSalle Quartet), Guntera Pichlera (Alban Berg Quartet), Milana Škampe (Smetana kvartet), Joela Krossnicka (Julliard Quartet) i Issaca Sterna. Od 1993. do 1996. bio je redoviti zamjenik u orkestru Bečke filharmonije. Od 1994. do 1998. bio je solo-violinist Filharmonijskog orkestra u Grazu i Opere u Grazu. Od 1998. do 2007. Wladimir Kossjanenko bio je član kvarteta Hugo Wolfa, 1999. godine dobio je Europsku nagradu za komornu glazbu u Parizu i nagradu “Pasticcio” austrijskog radija 2003. godine. Koncertira u turnejama u Europi, Sjevernoj i Južnoj Americi, Velikoj Britaniji, Irskoj, Koreji i Japanu. U proteklih 20 godina Wladimir Kossjanenko nastupa kao solist i komorni glazbenik na najprestižnijim koncertnim dvoranima, među kojima su: Carnegie Hall u New Yorku, Suntory Hall Tokyo, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Tonhalle Zürich, Konzerthaus Luzern, Royal Albert & Wigmore Hall u Londonu, Simfonijska dvorana u Birminghamu, filharmonija Berliner & Kölner, Cité de la Musique u Parizu, Palais des Beaux-Arts Bruxelles, Konzervatorij Čajkovski Moskva itd. Nastupao je kao solist s Bayerische Kammerphilharmonie, Zagrebačkim solistima, Jeruzalemskim orkestrom, Orkestrom Les Orpheistes Sofia, Capella Lutherana Beč, Filharmonija Arthur Rubinstein, Zadarski komorni orkestar, Splitski virtuozi, Bečka akademska simfonija Orchestr itd. Kao dirigent nastupao je u Austriji, Njemačkoj, Bugarskoj i Hrvatskoj.
Wladimir je održao majstorske tečajeve za violu na Sveučilištu St.Andrew, Guildhall School of Music u Londonu, Kraljevskom konzervatoriju Maastricht, Sveučilištu u Sapporu, Međunarodnoj akademiji Orfej u Beču, Državnom konzervatoriju u Solunu, Glazbenoj akademiji u Ljubljani, New Bulgarian University u Sofiji, Glazbenoj akademiji Sarajevo, Kraljevskom kozervatoriju u Bruxellesu. Bio je član žirija Međunarodnog natjecanja za violu Watson Forbes u St. Andrewsu. Bio je član žirija Međunarodnog natjecanja Watson Forbes u St.Andrew, natjecanju Rudolf Matz u Dubrovniku, natjecanju Borisa Papandopula u Zagrebu. Od 2008. profesor je viole i komorne glazbe na Umjetničkoj akademiji Sveučilišta u Splitu. Od 2009. redovito radi s zagrebačkim solistima. 2012. zajedno s pijanisicom Vesnom Podrug osnovao je festival „Dan J.S.Bacha u Splitu“ koji se svake godine organizira za rođendan skladatelja. Godine 2012. osnovao je gudački orkestar „Virtuozi iz Splita“ i postao njegov dirigent i umjetnički ravnatelj.
Eldar Saparayev je kazahstansko – njemački violončelist rođen u Alma Ati (Kazahstan). Prvu poduku iz violončela dobio je od oca, violončelista Zaura Saparayeva, a školovanje nastavlja kod profesora: Susanne Basler, Davida Geringasa i Bernarda Greenhousa. Solistički je nastupao diljem Europe, Azije i obje Amerike. Jacques Leiser, manager koji je radio s glazbenicima poput S. Richtera, D. Oistrakha, M. Callas…, opisuje Saparayeva: veliki virtuoz starog kova, iskonski glazbenik i pjesnik, koji odiše strašću i osobnošću. Godine 2016. Saparayev je magistrirao dirigiranje na Konzervatoriju talijanske Švicarske u Luganu (Švicarska). Trenutno svira na mjestu vođe violončela u Südwestdeutschen Philharmonie Orkestru u Konstanzi (Njemačka), te je član ansambla Philharmonische Cellisten Köln. Kao gost dirigent nastupao je s orkestrom Opere iz Astane, te je član Zaklade Wilhelm Furtwängler. Dobrotom društva The Strad iz Züricha svira na violončelu „Bein, Beare“ koje je izradio Nicolo Amati 1679.
Nadia Varga Modrić klavir uči od svoje pete godine kod majke, a kasnije u klasi prof. Ivane Hercezi i Jelice Kuzmin. Laureatkinja je državnog natjecanja HDGPP, međunarodnog natjecanja «Etide i skale», natjecanja komornih sastava u klavirskom duu, te finalistica prestižnog natjecanja «EPTA», 1999. godine.
Magistrirala je studij glasovira u Grazu na Sveučilištu za glazbu i dramske umjetnosti u klasi prof. Eike Strauba. Usavršavala se kod istaknutih klavirskih pedagoga i pedagoga za komornu glazbu: Jurice Muraija, Laszla Baranyaja, Erike Frieser, Michaela Geesa, Chia Chou (Trio «Parnassus»), Stacey Bartsch…
Kao solist, korepetitor i komorni glazbenik, nastupala je diljem Hrvatske i inozemstva (Austrija, Mađarska, Italija, Njemačka, Slovačka, Liechtenstein, Švicarska…) Radila je kao službeni korepetitor na majstorskim tečajevima profesora Rudolfa Leopolda (Austrija), Gerharda Mantela (Njemačka) i Valtera Dešpalja (Hrvatska), službeni korepetitor natjecanja „Rudolf Matz“ i natjecanja Papandopulo. Snimala je za HRT i ORF. Bila je stipendistica fondacije „Musik und Jugend“. Nastupala je uz Simfonijski orkestar HRT-a i Hrvatski komorni orkestar. U duetu sa Zitom Varga nastupila je na Osorskim glazbenim večerima, festivalu “Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad” u Ženevi, Rapskim glazbenim večerima.. Duo je dobitnik nagrade Darko Lukić i nagrade Koncertne dvorane Vatroslava Lisinskog u sezoni 2010./2011.
Radi kao umjetnički suradnik na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu.

Domagoj Gušćić (Zagreb, 1982.) diplomirao je klavir na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu u klasi izv. prof. Đure Tikvice. Usavršavao se kod uglednih pijanista i pedagoga, među kojima se ističu Eugene Indjic, Noel Flores, Boris Romanov, Irina Osipova, Zinaida Ignateva, Ivan Urvalov, Irina Kataeva i mnogi drugi.
Tijekom i poslije studija osvaja vrijedne nagrade na međunarodnim natjecanjima u Italiji, Makedoniji i Rusiji. Aktivan kao solisti i komorni glazbenik, Domagoj je nastupao u Austriji, SADu, Norveškoj, Rusiji, Švicarskoj, Njemačkoj, Italijim Mađarskoj i Sloveniji. Također je održao recitale u Zagrebu i mnogim drugim gradovima diljem Hrvatske.
Nastupao je kao solist uz pratnju Zagrebačke filharmonije, Simfonijskog orkestra Muzičke akademije, Zagrebačkog omladinskog komornog orkestra te komornog orkestra glazbene škole Pavla Markovca.
Od 2014. djeluje kao orkestralni pijanist Simfonijskog orkestra Hrvatske radiotelevizije, s kojim je sudjelovao na koncertima u ciklusu Kanconijer te snimao za potrebe emisije Maestro.
Sudjelovao je u ciklusima “Mladi u Lisinskom“ te “Mladi glazbenici u Matici Hrvatskoj” kao solist i kao komorni glazbenik. Ostvario je zapažene nastupe u ciklusu Virtuoso u Hrvatskom glazbenom zavodu među kojima se ističu recital s djelima S. Rahmanjinova na kojem je gostovala Ivana Krajina, sopran, te nastup na večeri 24 sata F. Chopina. S violinisticom Tarom Horvat ostvario je zapažene nastupe u Hrvatskoj i Italiji, među kojima se ističu dva recitala na međunarodnom festivalu “Nei suoni dei luoghi”. Od 2014. sudjeluje na Vareš Classic Festivalu s violinisticom Andreom Nikolić te baritonom Matijom Meićem.
Sudjeluje od 2012. na Međunarodnom Hugo Staehle festivalu za mlade pijaniste kao predavač. U svibnju 2012. sudjelovao je na međunarodnoj konferenciji “Transformacija obrazovanja i glazbena kultura: tradicija i sadašnjost” u Odessi, Ukrajini gdje je održao recital s predavanjem. Također surađuje s komornim ansamblom WISE (Wien International Soloists Ensemble).
Od 2008. član je Hrvatskog društva glazbenih umjetnika. Od 2012. stalno je zaposlen na Muzičkoj akademiji Sveučilišta u Zagrebu kao umjetnički suradnik.
